This is an all year accessory but great for welcoming fall and winter. Made for girls ages one to eight years. It's chic, lovely and stylish. The belt is made from comfortable stretch elastic and comes together with Velcro. Velcro attaches at the back of belt. Ruffled Flower measures about 3 inches across from end to end. It looks great with a dress,tunic,or winter coat.
