No problem! All you need to do is reset your password by visiting the forgot password page, put in your veryjane.com email address and click Reset My Password

Where is my digital download?

Digital prints or downloadable purchases will always be available in the My Account area after signing in. Just sign in, click My Account in the top right of the screen, find your downloadable order, and click the details link on the right. In the details section below your order, there will be a link to re-download your purchase. Just click that, save it to your computer and bob’s your uncle!

How long before I get my stuff?

Very Jane is a unique website in that most of the products sold here are handmade. The bigger the order, the longer it takes to make them all. Each sellers ship date is different depending on how many they expect to sell and how long they take to make. To check on your order, you can email the seller directly. You'll find seller's email address under the details of your order in the My Account section of the site.
