Update - Jane contacted the company, but they just keep saying it is “my problem” and that they check their stamps before mailing them out. Total waste of money on my side. I have only used this stamp twice and it is already not stamping correctly. Very disappointing. I can’t find a way to contact the seller either. Do not recommend.
