Faux Patchwork Santa Christmas Tea Towel | Holiday Kitchen Decor

I purchase this cute little tea towel as gift for a friend. I placed the order on December 3rd. Seller didnt mail until 11 days later and I didn’t receive the towel until the afternoon of December 17th, too late to give to my friend that I had met for lunch that day! So I contacted Jane and was told to write “return to sender” on the unopened package, so I did. Here it is January 5th and have not received my money back on my credit card!! Very disappointed!!

This was a custom order placed on December 3rd and shipped on December 11th, within Jane’s 6 business-day processing timeframe. Once an order ships, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside of our control. Custom items are final sale, and this return was sent without prior approval. Jane manages all payments and refunds, and their support team is happy to assist further.
