The tracker features numbered spaces for 1–12, with two easy-to-identify sides:

After giving a dose, simply place the included medicine syringe into the corresponding numbered hole for the time the medicine was given. At a glance, you — or another caregiver — can see when the last dose was administered.

HOW IT WORKS:
If medicine is given at 7 AM, place the syringe in the white 7 spot. If the next dose is given at 1 PM, move/place the syringe in the black 1 spot. This creates a simple visual reminder of the most recent dose time.
