Personalized Mom Name Sign with Kids Names | Custom Mother’s Day Gift

A meaningful piece made just for her 💕
Our Personalized Mom Name Sign is a beautiful, handcrafted keepsake designed to celebrate the names that matter most. Thoughtfully layered with wood and acrylic, this sign blends modern design with heartfelt personalization—creating a one-of-a-kind piece she’ll treasure every day.
The design features a solid wood or patterned acrylic background, topped with a warm American oak-stained “Mom” layer, and finished with hand-painted white script names of her children across the front. A delicate heart detail ties it all together, symbolizing the love at the center of it all.
Whether displayed in a bedroom, entryway, or gallery wall, this sign is a timeless reminder of family and connection.
