As a small handmade business, each piece is created to order and processing times can occasionally feel longer during busy seasonal periods, especially around holidays and large sale events. We always work as quickly as possible while still maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of each handmade item. Because your order was placed very close to Valentine’s Day, we completely understood there was a possibility it may arrive after the holiday, and we appreciated your understanding at the time of purchase. We were also surprised to hear your sign arrived without hanging hardware, as each sign is assembled and quality-checked by multiple stages of our production process before shipment. Every sign is designed to arrive ready to hang with attached wire or jute rope hardware. We always want our customers to love their handmade pieces, and had we been contacted directly prior to the review, we would have gladly worked with you to help resolve any concerns. As we stated in our email, the shacket fit TTS for our customers but it is not Plus sized which can be different. We are happy to return and refund for you for quality customer service, same as we offered. I'm sorry it was given away instead of returned. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you.
