Letters coming off

I ordered two necklaces from this vendor--the Bree and the Erika. The pictures looked beautiful. Imagine my disgust when I opened my package and found the most CHEAP, lightweight, fake looking necklaces. I couldn't believe it was the same thing. (It's probably not!) I wouldn't give this to a kid, let alone wear it myself. I can't believe this company is trying to pass this off as "boutique" quality. I'd expect to find this at a dollar store. On the one that is supposed to look like pearls, it looks like cheap white beads. I'm so mad. I definitely do not recommend these at all!

Super cute and durable. Only complaint is the string at the clasp scratches my neck.
