What is Jane Rewards?
Jane Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points, unlock perks, and get rewarded for shopping and engaging with Jane.
How do I join Jane Rewards?
You are automatically enrolled in our Jane Rewards program when you create an account or make a purchase.
When do I start earning points?
You’ll begin earning points upon your first purchase.
Will I get points for previous purchases?
No. Jane Rewards is a new program, and points are only earned on purchases and actions moving forward. Previous purchases will not be eligible for points.

You can earn points in several ways:
- Make purchases (points depend on your tier)

Tiers & Benefits
What are the Jane Rewards tiers?
Your tier is based on how much you spend over a 12-month period.
Select (Tier 1)
Spend $0–$99
- 1x points on purchases
- 100 bonus points for signing up
Insider (Tier 2)
Spend $100–$299
- 2x points on purchases
- 200 bonus points when you unlock this tier
All Access (Tier 3)
Spend $300+
- 3x points on purchases
- 300 bonus points when you unlock this tier
How do I move up a tier?
You’ll move up automatically as your total spend increases over a 12-month period.
Do I keep my tier forever?
Tiers are based on your rolling 12-month spend, so you’ll need to maintain activity to stay in your tier.
Can I earn the same tier bonus more than once?
Tier-entry bonuses are awarded only the first time you unlock each tier.
Bonus Points & Special Promotions
Does Jane offer bonus-points promotions?
Yes. Jane may occasionally offer limited-time opportunities to earn additional rewards points. Each promotion will include its own offer details and eligibility requirements.
How do double-points promotions work?
During a double-points promotion, you earn two times your normal tier-based purchase rate.
- Select: 2 points per $1
- Insider: 4 points per $1
- All Access: 6 points per $1
Your rate is based on the tier associated with your account when the qualifying order is placed.
Do I need to activate a promotion?
Unless otherwise stated, no activation is required. You must be signed into or use the email address of the Jane account associated with your Rewards tier when placing your order.
Where can I find the details for a promotion?
Each promotion will include offer details such as the promotional period, qualifying purchases, minimum spend, exclusions, and any applicable limits.
Bonus-points promotions are also subject to the Jane Rewards Program Terms.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at checkout for rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points will expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity.
Account activity includes actions such as making a purchase, redeeming points, or earning points through eligible Jane Rewards activities.
If your account remains inactive for 12 months, any unused points in your account will expire.
What is the minimum number of points needed to redeem?
You need at least 100 points to redeem.
What is the maximum number of points I can redeem?
You can redeem as many points as available as long as it does not exceed the order amount minus $0.50. Orders must have a minimum charge of $0.50.
Do I have to redeem in set increments?
No. There are no required redemption increments once you reach 100 points.
How much are my points worth?
100 points equal $1 in rewards at checkout.
Orders, Returns & Timing
When will my points show up?
Points may take a short time to appear after completing an action (like a purchase or review).
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Where can I see my points and tier?
Log into your account to view your Jane Rewards dashboard.
Why didn’t I receive my points?
If your points don’t appear after a few days, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we’ll take a look.
