I was disappointed when I received the wrong item, but when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond, remorseful and sent the correct item the following morning. Accidents happen and they were quick to fix the order.
Does not even fit a person that wears a small. How do I return?

The fabric is pretty rough but overall a very cute jacket

I like how full this scarf is. A lot of scarves are very thin and small but this is nice, full, and long which is exactly what I wanted!
Pompom misshapen and flat. Couldn’t fix. Contacted seller for return as was told to reshape with a hairdryer. I’ll keep the hat but likely cut Pom Pom off.
