This is such a cute hat.
I've already wore this once. It's a great addition for when I decide to not wash my hair and put it in a bun. It ups your outfit without effort. I don't use it to tie my hair back, I just put it over the already pulled back bun.
I ordered the taupe scarf and thought I had received the wrong color. After emailing customer service and receiving quick replies I found out their advertising shows the scarf being MUCH lighter than the actual scarf. So fyi the taupe looks like a cream in the picture but is actually a light brown (actual taupe). I would of been really disappointed, but the customer service was so wonderful that I am still giving it 4 stars. And the overall quality of the item was good.
