I was so excited to be able to wear this hat at the lake this summer. But I was so disappointed when it arrived in a ENVELOPE where the brim of the hat was creased at every fold. I have tried remolding it and steaming it and nothing will take the creases out. A hat should never be mailed in an envelope.

The bag is made a bit flimsy, but since its not going to be an item getting heavy use, it will probably serve its purpose this summer.......hopefully longer though.

It came folded, but all I needed to do was get the creases wet and press them out. Then it was perfect!

Super cute - have gotten compliments on it! Also very important to me is that the wind hasn't blown it off my head while on the beach, which happens often with other hats. I got the white, which is very pretty. I will order more colors! Does fold up nicely which is convenient for travel.
