Hi Chrisy! Thank you for ordering a visor from us! I am so sorry it arrived with so many creases. If you have a steamer, you can steam it for a few minutes and they shoudl come right out! That is what we did for the photo shoot since they were packed in a suitcase and it worked great. Hope that helps!
