The hat is excellent quality, but one side of the drawstring did not come with a clip to be attached, so I am having to sew the drawstring into the hat to keep it attached. Overall quality is great.

Edit: I originally left 3 stars because of the issue. Customer service reached out immediately and offered a refund or a replacement. Will shop here again. Original Review: I love the color and size, but I've used it for two weeks and the metal hook has come detached from leather.
