Great customer service!! My first visor developed a tear within a day of receiving and I messaged asking about returns or refunds. She replied saying she’d send a new one that day! The visor is super cute and I love the adjustable feature and the fact that it doesn’t take up much space since I can roll it when not using it.

I got the round ones and the circumference is a little larger than I wanted or had hoped for. I still wear them.

Does not stay put on my head, the slightest breeze knocks it off. Not happy.

Love that I can wear it at the beach to read and not have to worry about the back brim. It also is foldable so it will travel easily.

I ordered the arrow in silver and rose gold. I wore the rose gold one for a week and it started to turn my toe black where the ring is. I also thought it was a little big for a toe ring. I had to squeeze it quite a bit to get it to stay and it was to the point where it was starting to wrap around the side of my toe and those little pointy parts hurt. I love how cute it is but with the size, it may be better suited for a finger.

Arrived quickly, but was so smashed that there were wrinkles though the whole hat. I still can’t get the wrinkles out. Shipped very poorly. Not sure how I will get rid of them or if it is even possible.
