Came folded super tight, which left weird bends in the hat. I haven’t been able to get the curve in the shape yet because of the creases, but hopefully I will over time. The ribbon also had a fray in it straight out of the packaging.

Hi Natalie! We are so sorry your hat arrived wrinkled. It's super simple to fix. If you hit it with a steamer for a couple of minutes and reshape the brim, it will look like the hats in the photos.
