If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD!! I ordered this purse for a Christmas gift & they sent it to a completely different address that was 9 hours away from me. When I contacted the seller to see if she could send me a new purse to MY address or even refund me and I'd repurchase the clutch purse myself, the seller told me that it wasn't her fault that it didn't come to my house. The seller told me that I would have to send the package back to them to get a refund, which was CLEARLY not possible for me to do I ended up just calling my card company to dispute the transaction. I am a repeat customer on Jane and know how these things work Overall, the seller I spoke with was VERY rude & has no concern for their customers! I do NOT recommend buying from this seller unless you want to go through heck & back to get what you ordered or get your money back from them!!

Leah, we are so sorry the address on file with Jane was incorrect and your order was deliverd to the wrong address. It is our company policy to issue refunds when the error was ours or the item is defective. As I stated if the package is returned to us by the USPS I will issue a refund.
