Time goes by, and I never receive the item and no response to my emails. I contact Jane and they are quick to contact the shop and then later issue a refund. Super grateful! But why in the world is it so hard for the seller to contact the customer to let them know they screwed up?! It seriously isn’t hard and the right thing to do. No explanation as to what happened so I’m left guessing. Clearly will not be ordering from this company again.
