There is a really stiff foam insert in the product and it does not form to your head at all. Even with a claw clip (that is NOT included) it's impossible to keep in to wrap your hair around. Most of the time knockoffs are fine, but this one is very poorly made. Wish I could return.

Just an FYI for some of you that I've seen post on other purchases, not necessarily from this company.... if your package didn't arrive or something was wrong and the company isn't responding to your emails you can contact Jane.com directly and they will contact that company. They will give them a period of time to respond and if they fail to do so Jane.com will force a refund on their end. Happy shopping!
