This is the cheapest version of the hair waver with cheaply made metal barrels (the middle one gets hotter than the other 3), this same waver is available on Amazon for $25.

This is cute and has vibrant colors. It does the job. I was surprised that the shape was flexible, so if interested know now/ with time it will not be a circle. It's quite jacked up in its shape now, but it does the job and I like it. I think the size of the circle is great for putting it around the arm. Quality: Like I said it bent, but it matched the price I feel. Liked most: look, bright colors. Least: the give in the shape. I wouldn't buy it again because I would want to try something different and have something new, but I would recommend it for others. The tassel is sturdy and I think will remain on.
