I love the purse! But it's missing the shoulder strap. Was it supposed to come with one?

My favorite bag ever!!!! It holds everything and is very easy to carry When carrying it on the shoulder it doesn't fall off like most others do The material is much nicer than expected Customer service is great too!!!

Love almost everything about this bag. Fit’s very comfortably on my shoulder and I just LOVE the color. The only thing I would have wanted was for the front zipper pocket to have more room. Other than that this bag is a WIN!!!!
