Trendy Leopard Clutch

I was really excited to get this clutch. When I opened it the inside zipper won’t even open, it was already broken and the outside zipper is very sticky and barely works. I tried using soap on the zipper to help it, but no they’re both broken. I sent the seller an email and never even heard anything back from them very VERY disappointing.
