I bought the gray bag and love everything about it I have had lots of compliments on it , too!

The strap and zippers weren't quite as quality as they look in the picture, and the leather has a small imprint on mine by a pocket but it's not super noticeable. I like the charcoal color and the feel is very thick and it works comfortably as a purse or backpack, so I will keep it and utilize it as long as all the zippers hold out

I bought the grey one. I just started using it and it is perfect! I love the size and how soft and easy it is to carry. My sister stopped by to visit and said "oh I love your purse." Of course then I had to tell her where I bought it. It is very fashionable and I LOVE IT!! I do not use the colored strap at the top because I like more of the backpack style carry.
