Both straps had issues with the links and material being messed up and the inside zipper was busted I contacted customer support twice and the issue was never resolved as well as I was never refunded

Criss Cross Messy Bun Hats

The brim of the hat was not sewn on straight so no matter what I did it looked strange. I tried bending it differently but it didn't help. Reached out to company and no response as of now. If the brim was attached correctly, it would be a great hat for the price.
