I received my bag in a timely matter. However, the zippers were all misaligned/off track. I work out of town, by the time I got back to my packages, saw the zippers, it was too late to return.

Love this bag and it’s size! Nice quality also.

Cute and colorful, but they are VERY big. I’m in no way a small gal- and it flops around on my wrist like crazy.

I didn’t receive this. I ordered it but I haven’t received it yet

Cute bag and strap, but the strap is too short. I'm 6' tall and wear M or L tops, and at max extension the strap crossed over my boob awkwardly and the bag was under my armpit practically. Definitely didn't fit like it shows on the model. I tried to return it but wasn't getting responses very quickly, and I was out of town when the bag was delivered and couldn't try it on right away. Ended up not being able to return it in their window, which is less flexible than Jane's return policy and they wouldn't budge on it. Guess I'm stuck with a bag that I can't use.

The band is super large on my wrist and I don’t have small wrists at all.
