Bottom is not flat so cup doesn’t sit right. There are scruffs on one side of cup.

I received this item yesterday, and put it in my purse this morning. When I went to get something out a little while later, one of the straps on the organizer was already coming off. I checked the other side, and as I lifted it up, that side also fell off. Great to get organized but it's not the that well made.
