Bag was used- tags in pockets The inside was all sticky like something had been spilled inside and returned requested refund THEY REPLIED ASAP SO ILL CHANGE THE RATING THE STICKY BAG WAS THROWN AWAY

Hey Teresa we were happy to assist you with this return. However you said you "threw the bag away" before reaching out to us. All our items are brand new, when we ship them out. I am so sorry but as stated in our email and per our company policy we needed you to send the bag back (with our prepaid label) in order for us to refund you.
