Broke in 2 months.

i bought two water bottles and they both leak. i've written the seller twice. all they said is that i need to show a picture. i'm not sure how to take a picture of the bottle leaking? never got a refund or new product.

The top zipper to the main compartment doesn't open as wide as I'd like, but it's stylish and versatile with plenty of pockets

Photos make it look like much nicer quality then it really is. Pretty colors but cheap looking.
