Ok so I ordered the hat. Super cute and comfy BUT it was crooked:( I emailed Dani & Em support. They immediately got back back to me told me to donate the hat and Jane would refund my money. I heard back from Jane soon after. While I am sad the hat is messed up I am grateful for the fast response from the company.

I love this hat. Perfect for me and also its light on my head and I love the design and color, I ordered black and gray. It comes in a neat packaging and arrived on time.

Zipper catches often and bends the teeth. I have to manually bend them back and manipulate the zipper to get it to close correctly EDIT. I have used the purse for a couple weeks now, the zipper seems to be cooperating more and isn’t getting stuck as often. I do love the print.

Haven’t had a chance to use the vinyl yet but it seems like good quality.
