I like the versatility of the convertible bag. The zippers at the top are rough and scrape me up a bit when I have to dig into the bag.

I haven't received it. I ordered the item May 15 and still waiting for the delivery.

I’ve wanted this bag for months and was so excited to finally get it! It’s beautiful but the zipper is constantly grabbing the liner and gets stuck. Very frustrating but still a beautiful bag!
