Very cute but arrived dented from improper packaging.

Perfect hat and the color is great! Got the blush. I love being able to throw a hat on while my hair is in a high ponytail or a bun and not have to readjust the height! Super cute. Highly recommend!

Fights lots and is pretty comfortable to carry. I used it as a carry-on and I was able to fit all the essentials including my iPad. Love the back zipper pocket for passport and cash. Only giving a 3-star rating because the zipper handles are rather flimsy. One broke off the first time I opened the zipper. Overall a great product.

I ordered this bag the first of march as a gift for my daughter when the bag hadn't come after 3 weeks and being assured it would come by that time for my daughter's bday l told them to cancel it. I Just barely received the bag after telling them a number of times for the money back. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Terrible customer service!!!!!
