I ordered this product over a month ago and have contacted this seller twice without a response other than their automated email. I was planning to use this as a diaper bag but honestly at this point I am so fed up I either want the product or a refund. Where is customer service with this company?

The quality is wayyyy lower then expected. The zippers are already having issues, and the buckles at the bottom come undone everytime I set the bag down so I have to fix them everytime I pick the bag up.

Maybe I would love my bag if I got it. This seller is a scam artist. Took my money and never sent my package and there are a ton others who didn’t get their either. Says it’s still processing, it’s been over a month. Beware of different sellers on Jane. Always check the sellers reviews before you purchase from them, wish I knew this before I got my hopes up and dropped $40 for nothing. Contacted the seller and never heard back. I’m highly disappointed in Jane for having this seller on here. Will not ever purchase from them again. Update: Jane refunded my money, thank you Jane! Still haven’t heard from the seller but now it’s not my problem ✌🏻

Super cheaply made and zippers were already broke when it arrived.

Jane wants me to leave a review for this but I don’t know what to write because I still have not received this purse. I ordered it over 2 weeks ago and it still has not even shipped.

Ordered this is February and it arrived a month later. That part I can live with, but the quality is very poor. It looks plastic like and smells awful. Not happy with this purchase. I reached out to the seller and am hopeful to get some return options.

Still have not received and has not even shipped yet. Would not recommend seller. Very poor communication. I understand this is a pressing time but the money has been paid and nothing to show for it.

Never received my order Contacted customer service and 15 days after placing order I still haven’t received it.

I never received my order. I ordered it on the 11th and the shipping label was made on the 22nd. It still has not shipped. When I email them about it, I get a generic email back. I understand that there is a lot going on right now, but I was told it would ship in 4 days and it has been much longer.

Never received my order or refund! I have tried to contact seller with no response.
