One of my lids came without the straw that should be attached. I emailed the company and never got a response, very frustrating. I loved the water bottle but can’t use both lids now.

I love this crossbody bag! It has an inner pocket and two outer pockets, one of which can hold a iPhone 8 Plus horizontally. The material is somewhat thin but will do for everyday use.
