Bag is super cute. Sadly though the zipper to the main compartment broke within my first week of using the bag. It actually got stuck closed with all my things (phone, keys, and wallet) inside, luckily with some help I was able to open it. I tried multiple times to reach out to seller for a new bag or a refund, but haven't heard back. Too bad because I otherwise was very happy with the bag.
