The company said to use a symbol if you would like a heart. Instead of getting the heart symbol, I got an "H" which ruined the ring

Hi! For hearts on my rings, I say to use the <3 symbol. I am not sure why there would have been anything else left to symbolize a heart, however I am sorry that you are unhappy with your piece.

i ordered 2 of these necklaces to give as Mother's Day gifts....there was a big mix-up in shipping and i only got one. it has taken a little over a month to get this issue fixed, but the seller did refund the shipping cost and is sending a new one. i just hope i am able to get the replacement so that it can be given to the intended party.
