The necklace itself is beautiful. I purchased it as a gift and the receiver loved it. However, a jewel fell out within less than 2 weeks of normal wear. I contacted the seller and she refused to rectify the situation. Thankfully, Jane was willing to help. However, I’m still quite disappointed as the receiver of this necklace really loved it.

It came so fast and is a absolutely perfect!

I like the necklace, the only thing wrong was that the chain came broken. Luckily, I had the patience to sit and fix it. Took awhile but I was finally able to chain it back together.

I never received my order. When I contacted the company they were very rude. I tried working with Route but they said I have to have a PayPal account. I’m so frustrated! What a total waste of time and money!

The only way it would be better is if you made half sizes

Cute, but they engraved the wrong date. I sent a photo for proof after they asked for it and never heard anything back. Terrible customer service. Will never purchase from them again.

Just received these but they are beautiful and fit great. Was also shipped out shortly after placing the order! Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice ring set.
