I have yet to receive this item and it states that it was delivered on December 2nd. I have attempted to reach out to the seller 3 different times and have yet to receive a response. I am very dissatisfied as this is a Christmas gift.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I ordered this on November 6 and still haven't received it. No shipping information has been provided. I contacted the seller TWICE, no response. Then contacted Jane.com and they contacted the seller, asked me to wait 2 days. Still nothing. I've requested a refund at this point. Super disappointing. I'll be sure to never buy anything from this shop going forward.

I ordered these on November 24th for my girls for Christmas and have still not received them. Delivery says accepted in SD and i live in AZ
