I ordered two of these bracelets with the same saying on them #14. Received them yesterday and they aren’t the right saying. I emailed the website directly over 24 hours ago and haven’t heard a thing. Emailed her through Jane and haven’t heard a thing! Thanks for ruining a Christmas gift! UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered the gold color and color is terrible. It looks very cheap.

I waited for 4 weeks to receive my order and it was completely wrong. Not a single stone on the necklace was correct and I ordered a two stone necklace and got a 3 stone necklace.

Really like this bracelet but it came in and the metal plate was sideways and not straight. Sent a email and haven’t heard back.

This is an updated review. My original order was not as I ordered (there were some extra stones). The seller went above and beyond to make it right. I am blown away by the customer service and personal concern. Wow! Impressive! Thank you for this special piece of jewelry!

I'm sending another note I can't rate something I haven't received. Two wks ago I was emailed it was 3 wks ago I was emailed it was shipped. It came from Design by Karamarie and I can't get them to respond to me.

It took over a month to arrive. It would have been cute if the letters of the name had lined up. It looks like a 5 year old made this necklace. It was a Christmas present but I will likely just trash it.

I ordered the rose gold, silver and chocolate. They fit great and are very pretty. I would say I really can’t tell a big difference in the color between the rose and chocolate. That was my only disappointment.
