Mothers/Grandmothers Bangle or Necklace

Horrible customer service! Took forever to ship, couldn't track the package, then it mysteriously showed up after a Jane rep. Contacted the seller. Order was incorrect and could not get in contact with the seller again. Took the Jane rep to reach out to her again before I got an email from the seller with just a tracking number and no explanation that this was the corrected order. Would not recommend at all!

Had lots of issues receiving these adorable little gems, but those issues were resolved. I'm grateful. Giving 4 stars because of the issues. Also one necklace I ordered was to be gold and they all arrived in the silver. I'm going to keep it as it is. Thanks Jane.com for your assistance in helping me resolve the issues.
