Ordered and received the wrong item. I was offered a replacement a month ago (novemeber30) and still have not received it. Customer service takes 2 or 3 days to even answer. I have asked for tracking and instead was asked if I received it. Obviously not, since I asked for a tracking number. Replied to that email 4 days ago with no response. There is no phone number for contact and I had to go buy another present because this was never fixed.

I purchased the dabbing elf for my 6 yr old son and he loves it. The shirt is very soft. Shipping was quick as well.

These aren't very squishy, they are more like firm stress balls. Kind of a disappointment for my daughter, but still fun to play with.
