I didn’t receive my order and for 2 weeks the tracking still said it was awaiting pickup from USPS so I contacted the shop. They responded quickly that they would send out a new shirt. After another week I hadn’t received the any additional tracking information. I followed up numerous times and finally got a response. I ended up receiving a refund but I was bummed I didn’t get the shirt.
