Glacelis Reviews

I love that I could customize it. It is super cute and well made!!It is one of my favorite mugs now!!

The mugs came out perfect!

Absolutely adorable ❣️

Have not even received this that I ordered on Sept. 1st and they had no clue on what style I even ordered. Would give no stars if I could. Requested a full refund!

Very creative gift - so cute!

Super cute. Love the personalization. I bought it as a gift for a friend. It’s kinda small compared to most coffee mugs these days.

Came without my kids name on it

It had not shipped 2 weeks after ship date listed. Contacted twice before getting any response and when they did respond they sent me a picture of available designs which did not include the designs I ordered. Very disappointed

It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my order or a response from the seller after sending multiple emails. I am very disappointed.

The print is nice, but my location is incorrect. I filled the form out correctly, but instead they used my current city of residence for the star map. I have emailed twice to see about a correction, but no response.

Took a while for shipping but worth the wait. Its beautiful

Ordered as a gift for my sister. It's perfect for beach place.

Came exactly as I expected, looks great!

Arrived with the wrong city. Emailed seller but no response yet.
