Great product but was a pain to get shipping info

The mug is cute, but arrived broken. It also has the wrong name on it (I double checked my order to make sure that wasn’t my error). I contacted the seller twice and no response.

I purchased 3 mugs from this seller, all the same, for myself and 2 of my girlfriends. When the mugs were shipped all 3 mugs were misprinted (wrong color of hair). I checked my order and my end was correct in what I ordered. I emailed the company a photo of the mugs along with my original receipt; they emailed me back the same day, apologized, and said they would re-send 3 correct mugs. 2 weeks went by and not a word. I emailed them again to ask when they would be shipping them out, again it was silent. I contacted Jane.Com who also emailed them, silence. Thankfully Jane refunded my money.
