Not a very good first experience with this vendor or Jane customer service. Ordered on Aug. 30. I was told the item shipped Sept. 08 and still don't have it. Contacted Jane + vendor with ZERO resolution. Received another shipping confirmation today only after I sent ANOTHER inquiry. Definitely not the way to do business.
