I got this for my best friend's birthday, she loved it! I was jealous I didn't get myself one too!

Absolutely disappointing service. I ordered two mugs from this shop. One of the mugs came in wrong. It was not what I ordered, the details were mixed up. So I emailed the seller and asked to see my original order and told him there was a mistake. So I state my order again, only to repeat myself because he already has the original order, in hopes it would came in right this time. Unfortunately, the order was wrong again. First, the hair was not right, then the names were mixed up. When you are in the business to sell products, your customers expect you to pay attention to details and deliver the product exactly how it was ordered. Now I have two mugs that I can't do anything with, and no birthday present for my friend. Awful.

The mug is cute. The service I had was terrible. I was told it would ship by the 4th... it shipped on the 10th. This was a gift for my best friend but I couldn't give it to her before she left. I'd never buy from this seller again. I had to get Jane support involved on two different occasions because the seller wouldn't respond to when it would be shipped.

The mug is wrong and no one from the company will respond to me.
