Definitely size down.
It's such a cute outfit, but if you have a little in the back area, go up a size. Super cute, just a little snug back there.

I am 5’10”, 200lbs, and a 36B. Following the size chart I ordered a medium (I would usually order a large), and it fit perfect! The colors are beautiful and bright. The removable pads inside the bra however really look more like pasties inside the bra... I wish they were an actual cup like most sports bras. Overall, very comfortable and cute sports bra!
Not the best sewing job I've seen. I had to trim random thread from the seams so it didn't have string hanging everywhere.
