Hotel Collection Reviews

Super soft and color is rich and just like the photo! So far they've not popped off my deep mattress which makes me very happy

I received the wrong color & size. I immediately emailed to alert the seller but have yet to receive a response.

I received the wrong size and no one from the company has yet to get back to me on an exchange.

Received the wrong color waiting on a response back from both Jane and the company to see if they will fix the issue

Ordered queen grey Paisley sheets & received king navy sheets everyone seems to be having this same problem. Hopefully they contact me back.....

I will probably like the sheets, when I am able to return them for the right color. I ordered gray and received blue.

Well I ordered puffed chevron/light blue/ queen size sheets and I received the puffed chevron/sage/King size. So, I'm not really into giving a review on something sent wrong.

I was sent a Cal. King set when I ordered a full set. Sent an email to them and got a response a week later. They said they would be mailing me the right set, but I still haven't gotten it and it's been about 3 weeks.

I like them so far. We will see how they do after several washings.

Ordered a queen size in light blue color. Received a king size in green. Sent the company an email yesterday. Waiting to hear back....

Received the wrong size and seller won't respond to my email.

Ordered light grey stipled in CalKing. Received blue floral in twin. No response from seller thus far. I was so excited about these after all the other reviews. :( also they don't seem "super soft". Was expecting something similar to t-shirt sheets, but not even close. Disappointed.

They sent me the wrong size and color and have not responded to my request for a refund.

So soft with a beautiful print!

I was sent the wrong size and haven't heard back from the seller on how to return. The sheets are super cute and soft but I can't use them!

A bit thin

These sheets are super comfy!
