I am 5'10 145 and I ordered the medium, purple. I have a smaller chest and broad shoulders, it fit great. I can see if you have a larger chest it would not work. I love this shirt. Quality is great and fits true to size. Super soft. I have not washed or dried it yet, but when I do I will wash in cold and hang dry. I am waiting for the white and green to be back in stock so I can order them. Shipping was super fast.
