I got a medium. Fits perfectly everywhere but my upper arms. It’s definitely snug but wearable. It’s still super cute. I wouldn’t size up because then it’d be too big everywhere else. I just have larger arms compared to my waist and chest size.

I would size up if you want it to fit like it's shown on the models. It's very short on me, and looks longer on the model. I think the models all sized up. That being said, it's still a great quality item and it will be adorable open and not zipped up. Received it quickly too.
This blouse is absolutely ADORABLE! It’s versatile, so you can wear this with skinny jeans or flair jeans and can wear it with boots or booties. I 100% adore this blouse! Fit is perfect!
I am usually a small, I bought a medium based on everyone's reviews and it is still small. If i am able to squeeze my arms into it, I definitely can't wear anything other than a tank top underneath so I can actually move my arms! Disappointing.
