Looks like we responded 5/24 this was our response. Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. Per your tacking it states the package is arriving late. Once a package is in the possession of the United States Postal service we have no control once they have the package. Looks like it was updated on the 21st stating the package is arriving late. If the package has not arrived by Friday we can issue you a refund or send another package.
